    Initial screening

    We review applications to assess experience, core skills, and alignment with Apex Media’s culture, performance standards, and growth-focused mindset.

    Shortlisted candidates attend a video interview to discuss their background, communication skills, role expectations, and overall fit with our team.

    Practical test

    Candidates complete a role-specific task to demonstrate practical skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability in real marketing scenarios.

    Technical assessment

    For specialized roles, candidates complete an assessment to evaluate technical knowledge, tool proficiency, and execution quality relevant to the role.

    In-person interview
